We understand that you may need to unpack your new cutting board, place it on your countertop, and examine its texture, weight, and layout. Therefore, we gladly welcome returns of items with light use, provided they are in a resale condition with their original packaging and components intact.
Please note that natural solid wood products naturally exhibit unique grain patterns, organic depth, and organic variations. Additionally, different ambient lighting or device screens may cause slight color variations. These are ordinary, natural characteristics of solid timber rather than defects. We do not use these natural wood characteristics as an excuse to complicate or deny your return. If you are not fully satisfied with the natural appearance, color variation, or size of your board, you are welcome to return it under our standard, hassle-free process.
For standard returns, we ask that you return the board in a clean condition, free of deep scars, food residue, or commercial wear that would prevent another home cook from enjoying the product.

Before returning any item, you must first contact our customer service via email to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the correct return facility address. Returning items without prior authorization may delay the processing time, so please ensure you contact us for proper return guidelines.
When you write to us, please include your official Order Number and a brief note explaining the reason for your return. Our representatives will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the return steps, issue your unique RMA number, and provide the specific designated returns processing address. To ensure your refund is processed swiftly without tracking complications, please always wait for our authorized return instructions before shipping the package.
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
We believe in fair terms and transparent pricing. We do not charge restocking fees, return handling fees, or processing surcharges. There is a $0.00 restocking fee applied to all eligible returns. The amount credited to your original payment method will be the exact purchase price you paid for the product (minus any standard return shipping costs, if applicable in remorse cases).
We aim to issue refunds as quickly as possible once the returns process is completed. Once your return is received at our authorized returns address, the package is opened, and the item is reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days.
