We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our solid wood products that appear at the store. However, solid wood is an organic material, and its appearance naturally varies. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. These natural variations, including wood grain patterns, organic depth, and minor color variations under different ambient lighting, are normal and ordinary characteristics of solid wood. We do not use these natural characteristics as a barrier to complicate or deny your returns. If you are not fully satisfied with the natural appearance or dimensions of your board, you are welcome to return it under our standard return process within 30 business days by contacting info@easycleanboard.com.
