Usage & Safety Responsibility

Users assume full personal responsibility for using our products safely and maintaining them properly. EasyCleanBoard shall not be liable for any personal injuries, cuts, or physical accidents resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including improper knife handling, food preparation errors, or accidental slippage.
Furthermore, solid wood products require proper care and maintenance to preserve their structural integrity. Customers are responsible for following basic wood care guidelines:
No Dishwashers: Wooden boards must never be washed in a dishwasher, as high heat and water exposure will cause warping and cracking.
No Prolonged Soaking: Boards must not be submerged in water for extended periods, as wood absorbs moisture and will swell or split.
Regular Care: Regular application of food-grade mineral oil is highly recommended to protect the wood grain and keep the board stable.
EasyCleanBoard shall not be liable for product degradation, warping, cracking, or damage resulting from improper cleaning, lack of oiling, exposure to extreme heat, or general care neglect.
Errors, Shipping & External Delays
While we make every effort to display accurate product details, pricing, and shipping schedules on our website, errors may occasionally occur. EasyCleanBoard reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotional offers. In the event that an item is listed with incorrect pricing or inventory availability, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed for that product before billing authorization is completed. Additionally, our shipping and delivery services are managed by independent carrier networks, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
