Operating as a dedicated e-commerce retailer, we partner with specialized domestic logistics facilities and authorized suppliers to fulfill your orders directly to your designated destination via reliable domestic carriers. This direct fulfillment model helps us maintain efficient processing schedules and steady tracking oversight throughout the shipping journey.
To maintain consistent transit speeds and reliable delivery verification, our shipping services are strictly limited. We provide delivery coverage exclusively within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, or any unincorporated territories of the United States.
Furthermore, we are currently unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses due to size restrictions on large wooden cutting boards and safety requirements from our carriers. We are also unable to complete deliveries to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses at this time. This limitation is due to technical routing restrictions, specific address verification protocols, and delivery confirmation limitations within overseas military postal systems. We are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future. We advise all customers to provide a valid, physical street address within the contiguous United States during checkout to avoid order processing delays.
We aim to keep our delivery costs transparent and straightforward. We offer free standard shipping on all orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold. For orders that do not meet this threshold, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout:

To ensure efficient delivery, please note that we work with multiple authorized supplier facilities. If you purchase multiple wood boards, cutting sets, or accessories in a single order, your items may be shipped separately. In these cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and items may arrive at different times within our estimated 4-11 business days total delivery window. We utilize reliable carrier networks, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to complete all deliveries.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping coordinates are entered correctly during checkout. Please double-check your street name, house number, apartment or suite number, and postal code before finalizing your purchase. EasyCleanBoard is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misrouted, or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please email our support team within our 12-hour cancellation window, and we will attempt to update the information before carrier processing begins.
In cases where the tracking status indicates that your package has been successfully “Delivered” but you have not received the physical item, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or safe drop-off areas around your property. If the package cannot be found, you must contact the designated carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) directly to open a formal investigation. EasyCleanBoard is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation has been established.
Solid wood prep blocks are heavy items that must be handled carefully. While we ensure our suppliers package every order securely to withstand transit, damage may occasionally occur during transportation. If your cutting board arrives damaged, cracked, or deformed, you must report the issue to our support team at info@easycleanboard.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery.

Once our team reviews the documentation, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or process a refund. EasyCleanBoard covers all return shipping costs for verified transit damage, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.
